from the Federal Revenue Sharing Fund.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to appro-
priate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget;
NOW, THEREFORE:
Section
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
for
Clark County, Indiana, that/the expenses of said City the following
sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of
the funds herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject
to the laws governing the same:
A special appropriation from
the Federal Revenue Sharing
Fund for the Parks Department
for emergency repairs of boilder
and heating system at Nachand
Fieldhouse.

Section 2.
