A RESOLUTION OF THE cITY COUNCIL GOING ON RECORD AS
BEING IN FAVOR OF POLICING THE VIOLATIONS OF TNB
LITTL.E APPLE NIGHTCLUB ON COURT AVENUE IN JBFFERSONVILLB,
CLARK COUNTY, INDIANA.
I~I~EREAS, that the City Council of jeffersonville, Indiana, going on
record as being in favor of policing the vilations of the Little
Apple Nightclub on Court Avenue and at the end of 30 days if the
violations are not corrected the council would be in favor of
closing that establishment until they are corrected.
Adopted by the Conmon Council of the City of jeffersonville,
Indiana this .~th day of October, 1983.
