BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council
Jeffersonville, Indiana~ that said Common
in the City County Bldg at Jeffersonville,

mining whether an emergency exists for the passage of an Ord-
inance making a transfer from the Cumulative Capital Improve-
ment Fund to the General Fund of the City in the Amount of
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-TreasUrer of said
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed
to give notice as provided by law.
