A RESOLUTION PROCLAIMING SUNDAY, JULY 17, 1983,
AS COLONEL FRANK R. KOSSA DAY.
WHEREAS, that the City Council of Jeffersonville, Indiana proclaim
Sunday, July 17, 1983, as Colonel Frank R. Kossa Day. The Council
resolves to hold a parade and a celebration in honor of Col. Kossa.
Col. Kossa, the only living American ~ho has served our country in
four (4) wars.
Adopted by the Con,non Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana this llth day of July, 1983.
