WHEREAS,
the people of Jeffersonvilte have expressed them-
selves as being opposed to the Picadilly Restaurant
and Nite Club locating in the Jeffersonvitle Plaza;
and
the Common Council, after investigation, has con-
cluded that it is in the best interest of the City
of Jeffersonville and the citizens thereof if this
Restaurant and Nite Club be denied a Permit for a
Liquor License,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council is
opposed to the ABC Board issuing a Permit to sell
liquor at the Picadilly Club to be located in the
Jeffersonville Plaza.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, this 16th day of MAY , 1983.
