BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of jeffersonville,
Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City-County Building
at jeffersonville, Indiana, on the // day of _~L~ ., 1983,
for the purpose of considering and determining whether an emergency
exists for the passage of an ordinance making the following appropri-
ation in addition to the annual budget adopted for the fiscal year
of 1983.
A special appropriation from

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasureroof said City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give notice
as provided by law.
