BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City-County Building
at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the~J/~ay-- "~ of ~/ A ,
1983, for the purpose of considering and determinzng whether an emergency
exists for the passage of an ordinance making the following appropri-
ation in addition to the annual budget adopted for the fiscal year
of 1983.
A special appropriation from
the Revenue Sharing Fund for
the Motor Vehicle Fund Budget
Item #112 Salaries.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City
of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give
notice as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
