WHEREAS, the Common Council has determined that it is in the
best interest of the City to have the Parking Meter Division
Personnel under the direct supervision of the Clerk-Treasurer,
BE IT THEREFORE ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF JEFFERSONVILLE
that the Parking Meter Division Personnel be and hereby is placed
under the direct control of the Clerk-Treasurer of the City.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after i~
passage and approval.
