An Ordinance Vacating an Alleyway
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Commiccion of the City of
jeffersonville, Indiana, has petltlone the City to vacate the
following described an alleyway in the city of jeffersonville,
Indiana, to-wit:
Being a 10 foot wide alley running
North and South in Block 133 in the
city of jeffersonville and being
bounded on the West by Lots 23, 24,
25 and 26, on the East by Lot 13, on
the North by a 10 foot wide vacated
alley and on the South by Old 12th
Street (vacated).
and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has approved and
recommended such vacation,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED that the ~ileYWay3abOve
~e~cribed be and it hereby is vacated.
This ordinance shall be in full and effect from and after
its passage and.app,-
