An Ordinance Dedicating a Public Alley

BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA: That the following described real estate
be,and it hereby is, dedicated as a public place:
A 20' by 830.40' alley in the west section of Claysburg,
in the City of jeffersonville, within a block bound by
Riddle St. and ~eaceley St. & Spring St. and Green St.
to be designated as North Locust Place.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage
Adopted this
and approval.
