A RESOLUTION TO INITIATE SPECIAL APPROPRIATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, County'
of Clark, State of Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the Multi-Purpose
Meeting Room, Room $08, City-County building, Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the 22nd
day o£February, eo0o at 7:00 o'clock P.M. for the purpose of considering and
determining whether an emergency exists for the passage of an Ordinance making the
following appropriation in addition to the Annual Budget adopted for the fiscal year
2000.
AMOUNT REQUESTED
Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund
Appropriation fi'om the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund for the following:
Terraced Lawn Project Match $$75,oo°.°°
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk-Treasurer of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana is hereby ordered and directed to give notice as provided by law.
Passed and adopted by the Corn/non Council of the City of Jeffersonville, Clark
