An Ordinance Vacating a Public Right-of-Way
WHEREAS, Paul M. Campbell and Sarah R. Campbell has petitioned
the City to vacate the following described public right-of-way in
the City of jeffersonville, Indiana, to-wit:
The 10 foot alley in Block 83 in the City of jeffersonville
extending approximately 120 feet east from the Eastern line
of Broa~ay between Lots 4 and 5 to the north owned by Paul
M. Campbell, and Lot 3 to the south owned by Sarah R. Campbell,
said alley ending at the west side of Lot 10 owned by Paul M.
Campbell.
and WHEREAS, the Planning ~nd Zoning Commission has approved and
recommended such vacation,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEP~BY ORDAINED that the alley above des-
cribed be and hereby is vacated.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.
