An Ordinance Amending Ordinances No. 75-0R-32.
BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED that Section XIV of Ordinance No. 75-OR-32
be amended to read as follows:
When it becomes necessary to reduce the working force of
and department, the last employee hired shall be laid off first; and
when the department work force is again increased, the employees
are to be returned to work in the reverse order in which they are
laid off.
Heads of Departments shall be excluded from this provision.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, and approval, according to the laws of the State of
Indiana.
