A RESOLUTION TO INITIATE SPECIAL APPROPRIATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, County
of Clark, State of Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the Mttlti-Purpose
Meeting Room, Room 1308, City-County building, Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the ~2nd
day of February, e000 at 7:00 o'clock P.M. for the purpose ofconsidering and
determining whether an emergency exists for the passage of an Ordinance making the
following appropriation in addition to the Annual Budget adopted for the fiscal year
~000.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk and Treasurer of the City of
