An Ordinance Rezoning Certain Property From
R-2, Residential, to B-2, Service Business.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, that the zoning ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1527, be amended
in that the property herein described is reclassified and rezoned
as follows:
From R-2, Residential, to B-2, Service Business.
Part of Survey No. 11 of Illinois Grant, Clark County,
Indiana, bounded as follows:
Beginning at a stone in S.W. Corner of Share No. 3
and N.W. Corner of Share No. 4 as shown on the Plat
Book of the Partition of William Bowman et al vs.
Sarah Bowman et al of record in Probate Order Book
"D" page 532, in the office of the Clerk of the Clark
Circuit Court; thence N. 50° E. 300 feet to a stake;
thence at 90° S. 40° E. 280 feet to a stake; thence S.
26° 05' W. 328.1 feet to a stake in the N. line of
Tract No. 3 (or the N. line of Woodland Court) thence
N. 40° W. along said N. line 413 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 2.39 acres more or less.
This rdlnance shall be in full force and effect from and after
