ORDINANCE NO. 83-0R-~
~ AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTIAN FUNDS WITHIN
THE Sk~E DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed since
the adoption of the existing annual budget and it has become
necessary to appropriate more money for certain budgetary items,
WHEREAS, there is now with the same department sufficient moneys
to pay such additional amounts,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City
of jeffersonville, Indiana:
and
Section 1.
That the sums of money as hereinafter set out within each
department be transferred as indicated:

SECTION 2.
