An Ordinance Authorizing Special Appropriations
from the Revenue Sharing Fund and the Parking
Meter Fund.
W~REAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to
appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget;
NOW, THEREFORE:
Section !.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Clark County, Indiana, that for the expenses of said City the following
sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of
funds herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to
the laws governing the same:
A special appropriation from
the Revenue Sharing Fund for
the Motor Vehicle Fund Budget
Item #112 Salaries.
A special appropriation from
the Parking Meter Fund for
Parking Meter Extra Help

Section 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval by the State Board of Tax Commissioners.
