An Ordinance Vacating an Public Right-
of-Way.
WHEREAS, Robert H. Kempf, Jr., has petitioned the City to vacate
the following described public right-of-way,in the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, to-wit:
Beginning at an iron pipe at the northeast corner of Lot
No. 9 in Block No. 52 in the City of Jeffersonville,
Clark County, Indiana, thence South 83° 54' E. 40 feet;
thence South 6° 6' W., 46.90 feet to a point; thence
North 83° 54' W., 40 feet; thence North 6° 06' E., 46.90
feet to the place of beginning.
and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has approved and re-
commended such vacationt
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED that the alley above
described be and hereby is vacated.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.
