ORDINANCE NO. 84,OR-105
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN
FUNDS WITHIN THE SAME DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, an emergency now exists and it has become nec-
essary to appropriate more money for certain budgetary items: and
WHEREAS, there is now within the same department sufficient
moneys to pay this additional amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT .ORDAINED, by the Common Council of
the City of jeffersonville, Indiana, that the sums of money as
hereinafter set out within the following departments be transferred
as indicated below:
