ORDINANCE NO. 84-0R-~
ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS
W~THIN THE SAME DEPARTMENT
%~F~PdEAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed since the
adoption of the existing annual budget and it has become necessaz~3 to approp-
riate more money for certain budgetary items, and
WHEREAS, there is now within the same department sufficient ~oneys to
pay such additional amounts.
NOW, ~ ..~KREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Co, non Council of the City of
Jef fersonville, Indiana:
SECf ION 1.
That the sums of money as hereinafter set out within each di,5[.~alrbnent
be transferred as indicated:
