AN ORD/NANCE TRANSFERP~iNG CERTAIN
FUNDS W~THIN THE SA~E DEPARTMENT.
WH~, an emergency now exists wtaereas it is necessary to transfer
certain funds and it has becc~e necessary to appropriate more money for
certain budgetazl; items; and
WHEREAS, there is now within the same Department sufficient ~nies
to pay this additional amount.
NC~f, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, the Ccm~ron Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana, that the sun%s of money as hereinafter set out
be transferred as indicated below:
