ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY FROM R-2 TO B-1
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana, that the Zoning Ordinance, being
Ordinance No. 1527, be amended in that the property herein
described is reclassified and rezoned from R-2, Residential,
to B-l, Local Business:
Part of Lot Numbered 11 in Block 69 in ~he City of
Jeffersonville, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the south line of said
Lot No. 11 with the east line of Walnut Street; thence
northwardly along Walnut Street 28 feeq and 11 inches;
thence at right angles 166.3 feet eastwardly to the east
line of Lot No. 11; thence southwardly along the east
line of Lot 11, 28 feet 11 inches to the southeast corner
of LOt No. 11; thence at right angles westwardly Go the
BEGINNING, being 28 feet 11 inches off the south side
of Lot No. 11 in Block 69 at 620 Walnut Street.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
