BE IT RESOLVED by the Common council of the City of Jeffersonville, County of
Clark, State of Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the Multi-Purpose Meeting
Room, Room 308, City-County building, Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the '/th day of February,
2000 at '/:00 o'clock P.M., for the purpose of considering and determining whether an
emergency exists for the passage of an Ordinance making the following appropriation in addition
to the Annual Budget adopted for the fiscal year 2000.
AMOUNT REQUESTED
GENERAL FUND
Appropriation from the General Fund for the following:
Common Council Personal Services ......................................................................... $16,q00.00
Common Council Supplies .......................................................................................... $ 3,000.00
Common Council Other Services and Charges ........................................................... $62,800.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk and Treasurer ofthe City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana is hereby ordered and directed to give notice as provided by law.
