AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SPECIAL APPROPRIATIONS
FROM THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUND
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary
to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual
budget;
NOW, THEREFORE:
BE IT ORDAINED by
SECTION ONE
the Common Council of the City of
jeffersonville, Clark County, Indiana, that for the expenses
of said City the following sums of money are hereby appropriated
ordered set apart out of the fund herein named and for the
purposes herein specified, s~bject to a law governing the same:

total amount of $2,500.00 for
purchasing an option on the
property known as the Crum
property located on Hamburg Pike
A special appropriation from the
Economic Development Fund in the
total amount of $6,000.00 for

SECTION TWO
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval by the State Board of Tax
Commissioners.
