ORDINANCE NO. 84-OR-/J
An Ordinance transferring certain
within the same Department.
funds
WHEREAS, an emergency now exists whereas Jt is necessary
to transfer cerqaJn funds and it has become necessary ~o appropr~a~e
more money for certain budgetary items; and
WHEREAS, there is now within the same Department sufficient
monies to pay this additional amount.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, the Common Council of the
City of Jeffersonvil]e, Indiana; that the sums of money as
hereinafter set out within the Mayor and Po]ice Department:s'
budgets be transferred as
