An Ordinance
for the City.
Authorizing a
Special Appropriation
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary
to appropriate more money than was appropriated in hhe Annual
Budget.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED
SECTION ON~
by the Common council of
the City of
jeffersonville, Clark County, Indiana, that for expenses of
said City, the following sum of money is hereby appropriated
and ordered set apart ou~ of the fund herein named and for
the purpose herein specified, subject to the law governing
the same:

SECTION TWO
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
