An ordinance rezoning certain property from
R-2, Residential, to B-i, Local Business-
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common council of the City of
jeffersonville, Indiana, that the zoning ordinance, being
ordinance No. 1527, be amended in that the property herein
described is reclassified and rezoned as follows:
From R-2, Residential, to B-l, Local Business, being Lots
Nos. Eight (8) and Nine (9) in Block No. Thirty-Three
{33) in the City of jeffersonville, in said County and
State.
Being the same real estate conveyed to the grantors herein
by Deed dated September 11, 1975, recorded in Deed Drawer
7, as instrument No. 8232, in the office of the Recorder
of Clark county, Indiana.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
