An Ordinance Authorizing a Special Appropriation
from the Federal Revenue Sharing Fund of the City.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary
to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the Annual
Budget.
NOW, THEREFORE,
SECTION ONE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of jeffersonville,
Clark County, Indiana, that for expenses of said City, the
following sum of money is hereby appropriated and ordered set
apart out of the fund herein named and for the purpose herein
specified, subject to the law governing the same:

making improvements on the
jeffersonville Police firing
range

SECTION TWO
This Ordinance shall be in full
and after its passage and approval by
force and effect from
the State Board of Accounts.
