ORDINANCE NO. 84-OR- ~D
An Grdinance ~ransferring certain funds
within the same Department.
WHEREAS, an emergency now exists whereas it i.s necessary
to transfer certain funds and it has become necessary to appro-
priate more money for certain budgetary items; and
WHEREAS, there is now within the same Department sufficient
monies to pay this additional amount.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, the Common Council of the
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, that the sums of money as
hereinafter set out within the Animal Shelter be transferred
as indicated below:
