OrdSnance Vacating an Alley.
WHEREAS, William F. and Roxanna Whitaker have petitioned
the City to vacate the fo]lowing described alley:
A ten foot wide, 164 foot long North to South unmade
a]].ey, located between the West portion and the
East Portion of Lot No. 44 in the City of
jeffersonvil]e, ~ndiana, between Mulberry Street
and Clark Street, at. the common]y known address of
309 West Market Street, jeffersonvil]e, Indiana.
AND WHEREAS, the jeffersonv~]]e Plan Commission has approved
and recommended such vacation;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED, that the alley
above described be and Js hereby vacated.
This Ordinance shall be in fu]] force and effect from
and after its passage and approva].
