ORDINANCE NO. 84-0R-~
An Ordinance transferring certain funds
within the same Department.
WHEREAS· an emergency now exists whereas it is necessary
to transfer certain funds and it has become necessary to appro-
priate more money for certain budgetary items; and
WHEREAS, there is now within the same Department sufficient
monies to pay this additional amount.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, the Common Council of the
City of Jeffersonvi]]e, Indiana; that the sums of money as
hereinafter set out within the Board of Parks & Recreation
Department be transferred as indicated below:
