ORDINANCE SO. 84-OR-
An Ordinance transferrSng certain funds
within the same Department.
WHEREAS, an emergency now exists whereas it zs necessary to
transfer certain funds and it has become necessary to appropriate
more money for certain budgetary items; and
WHEREAS, there is now within the same Department sufficient
mon~es to pay this add~:~ona~ amount.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, the Common Council of the City
