Ordinance Vacating an A].ley.
WHEREAS, william F. and Roxanna Whitaker have petitioned
the City to vacate the following described alley:
A ten foot wide, 164 foot long North to South unmade
alley, located between the West portion and the
East Portion of Lot No. 44 in the City of
jeffersonville, lndiana, between Mulberry Street
and Clark Street, at the commonly known address of
309 West Market Street, jeffersonville, Indiana.
AND WHEREAS, the jeffersonville Plan Commission has approved
and recommended such vacation;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED, that the alley
effect from
June, 1984.
