Ordinance rezoning certain property from R-2,
Residential, Non-conforming, to B-2, Service
Business.
BE OT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
jeffersonville, Indiana, that the Zoning Ordinance, being
Ordinance No. 1527, be amended in that the property herein
described is reclassified and rezoned as follows~
Ail of Lot 9 and part of Lot 10 in Block 54 at the
commonly known addres of 405 West Sixth Street,
jeffersonville, Indiana.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
