ordinance rezoning certain property
from R-i, Residential, to B-i,
Local Business.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
jeffersonville, Indiana, that the Zoning ordinance, being
Ordinance No. 1527, be amended in that the property herein
described is reclassified and rezoned as follows:
Part of Lot No. 1 in Lynnrose Subdivision, lot size is
59 feet x 130 feet, having the commonly known address
of 910 Nachand Lane be rezoned from R-l, Residential,
to B-l, Local Business.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
