An Ordinance Amending Section 11-58 of the
City Code of Jeffer~onvi]le, Indiana.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSONVI'LLE, CLARK COUNTY, INDIANA:
The provisions of Section 11-58 are amended as follows:
All loading zones shall be used as such only between the
hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. local time.
Any person, corporation, partnership or other entity who
violates the provision of the Jeffersonvil]e City Code, Section
11-54 through 11-60, or the provisi, ons of this Ordinance shall
be subject to the penalties set forth in Ordinance No. 84-OR-26.
This ~Ordinance shall become effective upon its passage,
approval and publication as required by statute. Passed this /4 day of /~_J~
