BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
jeffersonville, Indiana, that the zoning ordinance, being

Being part of Lon 12 and all of Lot 11 in ~lock 63
of the City of jeffersonville, Clark County, Indiana
and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a railroad spike on the Northwest corner
of Sixth Street and Michigan Avenue mn said City;
thence Northwardly along the line of Michigan Avenue
242.00 feet to a drill hole, the true place of beginning;
thence Northwardly along west line of Michigan Avenue
107.2 feet to the Southeasn corner of Lon No. 10;
thence westwardly and parallel to Sixth Street 117.25
feet to the East Right-of-Way line of a 20 foot alley;
thence Southwardly and parallel to Michigan Avenue
107.2 feet; thence Eastwardly 117.25 feet to the
true place of beginning.
