ORDINANCE NO. 84-OR-'~__~
An Ordinance tranferr~ng certain funds
within the same Department.
WHEREAS, an emergency now exists whereas it is necessary
to transfer certain funds and it has become necessary to appro-
priate more money for certain budgetary items; and
WHEREAS, there is now within the same Department sufficient
monies to pay th~s additional amounT.
NOW THEREFORE, BE
City of Jeffersonvil]e,
hereinafter set out
as indicated below:

IT ORDAINED, the Common Council of the
Indiana; that the sums of money as
within the Department of Law be transferred

~330 Travel Expense &
Mileage 100.00
NOW THEREFORE,
City of Jeffersonvil]e,
hereinafter set out
as indicated be]ow:

BE IT ORDAINED, the Common Council of the
Indiana; that the sums of money as
within the Common Council be transferred
TO AMOUNT
~201 Services Contractual $2,600.00
and
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
after its passage and approval.
