ORDINANCE NO.
84-0R-
An ordinance transferring certain funds
within the same Department.
,..:.wHEREAS, an emergency noW existB Whereas it is necessary
to transfer certain funds and it has become necessar~ to appropriate
more money for certain budgetary items; and
WHEREAS, there is now within the same department sufficient
monies to pay this additional amount.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT oRDAiNeD, the Common Council of the
City of jeffersonville, Indiana; that the ~ums of money as
hereinafter set out within the Street Department be transferred
as indicated below:
