BE IT ORDAINED that Section 1 of Ordinance 84-0R-3 be
amended to read as follows:
That from and after February 15, 1984, the following
appointed off~r?s and employees of the City of Jeffersonville,

meeting the requirements established by
the Indiana State Board of Health and
passing the State Examination for
Municipal Wastewater Plant Operator
Certificate, may receive $0.25 per hour
per certification level obtained with a
limit of six (6) employees and approval
of the Board of Public Works.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
