ORDINANCE NO. 84-OR- 15
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS
wITHIN THE SAME DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary ~nergencies have developed
since the adoption of the existing annual budget and it has become
necessary to appropriate more money for certain budgetary items, and
I,~HBREAS, there is now with the same department Sufficient moneys
to pay Such additional amounts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT oRDAINED by the Common Council of the City
of jeffersonville, Indiana:
SECTION 1.
T~mt the sums of money as hereinafter set out within each depart-
ment be transferred as indicated:

SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.
