An Ordinance Annexing a Certain Tract of Contiguous
Territory to the City of Jeffersonville, Clark
County, Indiana.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
Jeffersonville, Clark County, in the State of Indiana, that
the tract of property known as 2304 Allison Lane, and more
specifically described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made
a part hereof, is hereby annexed to the said City of Jeffersonville.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
the date of its passage and approval by the Common Council.
Passed and adopted by the Common Council of this ~
