BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
jeffersonville, Indiana, that any member of the Common Council
has an absolute right to vote on ali. questions before the
Counci~l, including any Council member who acts as Chairman
of any meeting.
If, however, a Council member has been appointed as Acting
Mayor, pursuant to Statute, such right to vote is waived un]ess
a tie vote occurs, at which time the Acting Mayor may break
the tie.
