A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON cOUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSONVILLE DIRECTING THE CLERK AND TREAS-
URER OF SAID CITY TO WITHHOLD 10% OF THE GENERAL
FUND BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1984'-
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of jefferson-
ville has now decided that the Clerk and Treasurer will not
make payments of any warrants submitted from the General Fund of
said City for the year 198~ after such payments have reached a
maximun of 90% of the budgeted amount.
IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED BY THE cOMMON coUNCIL of the
City of jeffersonville that it is in the best financial interest
of the City to direct the Clerk and Treasurer of said City to
make the determination to discontinue payment of warrants at such
time as to allow a 10% balance to remain in the approved budget
of the General Fund of the City of jeffersonville,
