BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of
jeffersonville, Indiana, that Ordinance No. 84-R-33 is hereby
rescinded.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk-Treasurer of the
City of jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed
to give notice as provided by law.
