BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
jeffersonville, Indiana, that said Common Council will meet
in the City-County Building at jeffersonville, Indiana, on
the 18th day of September, ~jo~,;[or the purpose of considering
and determining whether an emergency exists for the passage
of an Ordinance making the following appropriation in addition
to the annual budget adopted for the fiscal year of 1984.

the Economic Development Fund
in the total amoun% of $2,500.00
for purchasing an option on the
property known as the Crum
property lo~ated on Hamburg
Pike
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that
$2,500.00
the Clerk-Treasurer of said
is hereby ordered and directed
City of jeffersonville, Indiana,
to give notice as provided by law. ~
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of jeffersonville,
Indiana, this 4th day of September, 1984.
