BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana, that none of the funds set aside for
salary expenditures from Federal Revenue Sharing in the Motor
Vehicle Section of 84-0R-68 ($62,000.00) shall be spent for
salaries or any other purpose unless and until all funds from
the Motor Vehicle Fund are spent first and in no case shall
more than $62,000,00 of the $124,000.00 designated in Ordinance
84-0R-68 for Motor Vehicle salaries be expended.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
