Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City-County
Building at jeffersonville, Indiana, on the day of
, 1984, for the purpose of considering
and determining whether an emergency exists for the passage
of an ordinance making the following appropriation in addition
to the annual budget adopted for the fiscal year of 1984.
A special appropriation from the
Federal Revenue Sharing Fund for
the purpose of purchasing two (2)
vehicles for the Building

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk-Treasurer of said
