Jeffersonvi]]e,
1.
IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Indiana, that:
WHEREAS, the City of Jeffersonvi]]e, Indiana, has
previously gone on record in opposition to any rate
hikes of Public Service Indiana, and;
2. WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonvi]]e,
Indiana, believes it is now in the best interest
of the Citizens of the City of Jeffersonvil]e to
intervene in the rate hearings;
IT IS, THEREFORE, RESOLVED that the Common Council shall
make such contributions to the Indiana Association of Cities
and Towns as is required to allow said Association to intervene
in the rate hearings.
