BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of jeffersonville,
Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City-County Building
at jeffersonvitle, Indiana, on the 21 day of July, 1984, for the
purpose of considering and determining whether an emergency exists for
the passage of an ordinance making the following appropriation in addi-
tion to the annual budget adopted for the fiscal year of 1984.
Appropriations from the Local Roads
& Street Fund for the following:
Local Roads & Streets
Construction, Repair and/or Maintenance
of city streets
Amount
Requested
$30,000.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City of
jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give notice
as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of jeffersonville,
